JOB DESCRIPTION - SCHOOL COUNSELLOR

Job description for a school counsellor/guidance officer who occupies a relatively senior position in the school hierarchy: one who would be a qualified psychologist and able to guide learners on not just personal matters, but also careers, study methods, behavioural matters and much more; and also have the standing and knowledge to interact with the principal and senior staff on these matters, without being seen as in any way 'inferior' to them.
