Job description for a school security or safety officer: i.e. not a formal security guard who has had weapons training or is trained in unarmed combat, but rather the person who is a presence at the schoiol gate, undertakes the tasks of locking and unlocking gates, guides children in need to the duty teacher or school office and fulfils similar roles
