UNIVERSALLY APPLICABLE CIRCULAR OF SCHOOL UNIFORMS AND UNIFORM STOCKISTS AS PUT OUT BY THE WESTERN CAPE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

This circular happens to have been put out by the Western Cape Education Department, but is equally applicable in all provinces. It clears the position with respect to school uniforms and uniform stockists, no matter in which province you reside.
